To meet the high strength, self-compacting, and impermeability requirements of High-Performance waterproof building materials, the system employs numerous sensors to monitor critical parameters in real time, including raw material moisture content, temperature, particle size, mixer current, speed, temperature, and ambient humidity. It dynamically adjusts mixing duration, temperature, feeding sequence, and additive dosage with millisecond precision, ensuring precise formulation ratios with an error rate below 0.3%, setting a new industry standard. This results in mortar and concrete with enhanced strength, durability, crack resistance, and self-healing properties.
Supported by these technologies, the special waterproof materials produced maintain exceptional performance-impermeability ≥P12, compressive strength ≥120MPa, and an 85% reduction in crack width expansion rate-from -40°C to 80°C.
